The Ramaco Research Rodeo (R3) brings together innovative carbon-related and critical mineral research and development from around the world.

Hosted in partnership with the Centre for Sustainable Carbon — a technology collaboration programme of the International Energy Agency — this year’s R3  was themed on carbon innovation’s role in the emerging global energy transition, and broadened what’s already been hailed as a premier conference in this important climate area.

The event featured researchers from national labs, Department of Energy technology program managers, members of academia, and others working to innovate in the coal-to-products, carbon, and critical mineral spaces, as well as video appearances by U.S. Senators John Barrasso and Joe Manchin.
